Our sports performance programs are designed to keep athletes playing the game they love! We start with an athletic assessment that allows us to evaluate each athletes current fitness level, pin point needs of improvement, and discuss the goals or their training.
One on One Training: We can take individual athletes and design a program specifically for them.
Small Group Training: Sometimes different groups of players have different needs. We can work with small groups, and select positions from your team and design a program that fits their needs.
Team Training: When teams come together in training, it shows on the field of play. We offer team training to help you group become better, stronger, and faster.

Bodyshop Athletics X is looking for an enthusiastic student to be our next Intern. Duties of the intern include providing support to our staff, assisting coaches on the floor, learning scientific principles of exercise program design, implementation of an exercise program, videoing and video editing, assisting in daily cleaning needs, and maintaining our company’s general core values.
Job Requirements :
Candidates should be at least 16 years of age with a driver’s license.
Candidates should in 11th grade or higher and continuing to pursue their education through school or a certifying course.
Preference will be given for candidates who have experience with the following criteria:
-USA Weightlifting
High School, Club, or Collegiate Sports
Has an interest in nutrition
Has an interest Sports Performance
